PROGRAMS & DESCRIPTIONS:

Training Division (for players born in 2012, 2013, 2014) Email: training@WHYSA.org
Program Description: This is a developmental soccer program. Teams generally practice one (1) time per week and games will be played on weekends. Practices and games are held at Aiken Elementary school.
Uniforms are provided by the league (shirts, shorts, socks). We ask that players bring a size #3 soccer ball, shin guards, and water bottle to all practices and games. The earlier you register the more you save. See below!

Mites Division (for players born in 2010 & 2011) Email: mites@WHYSA.org
Program Description: This is a developmental soccer program. Teams generally practice one (1) time per week and games will be played on weekends. Practices and games are held at Kennedy Park.
Uniforms are provided by the league (shirts, shorts, socks). We ask that players bring a size #4 soccer ball, shin guards, and water bottle to all practices and games. The earlier you register the more you save. See below!

Junior Division (for players born in 2008 & 2009) Email: juniors@WHYSA.org
Program Description: This is a developmental soccer program with friendly competition. There are two (2) practices per week for 1-1.5 hour. Practice days fall Mon - Fri at Duffy School. Games are scheduled on weekends and will be held at Sedgwick School.
Uniforms are provided by the league (shirts, shorts, socks). We ask that players bring a size #4 soccer ball, shin guards, and water bottle to all practices and games. The earlier you register the more you save. See below!

Senior Division (for players born in 2005 -2007) Email: seniors@WHYSA.org
Program Description: This is a developmental soccer program with friendly competition. There is two practice per week for 1-1.5 hour. Practice days fall Mon - Fri at either Hall High school or King Phillip (TBD). Game on the weekend at either Hall High School or KP. Uniforms are provided by the league (shirts, shorts, socks). We ask that players bring a size #5 soccer ball, shin guards, and water bottle to all practices and games. The earlier you register the more you save. See below!

Fee Structure:
EARLY BIRD registration fee: $65.00
Date: June 17- June 30 ONLY

Standard registration fee: $75.00
Date: July 1 - July 26, 2019

Late registration cost: $75.00 plus $25.00 late fee
Date: July 27- Aug 3, 2019

After August 3rd, registration will only be accepted based on availability.

NOTE: WHYSA is a coed-ed league, however, the majority of the players' are boys. If your daughter wants to play in an all-girls league you will need to register with the West Hartford Girls Soccer League. (WHGSL). The leagues are separate. Registrations cannot be transferred.

REFUNDS:

We understand that schedules change and there are instances when a player may no longer be able to participate based on other program or family commitments. That said, the West Hartford Youth Soccer Association will issue refunds based on the following sliding scale. All refunds must be requested in writing no later than the first week of the season and a refund MUST be requested by the parent /guardian. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
